Human motion is a fundamental subject in physics and biomechanics, and its analysis provides valuable insights into the principles governing movement. This study investigates human motion through the framework of classical kinematics, focusing on the description of motion without considering the forces that cause it. Key kinematic variables, including displacement, velocity, acceleration, and time, are examined to characterize different types of human movement such as walking, running, and jumping. Experimental observations and motion measurements are analyzed using standard kinematic equations to evaluate patterns of motion and quantify performance. The results demonstrate that classical kinematics offers an effective and systematic approach for understanding human movement, enabling accurate descriptions of motion trajectories and temporal characteristics. The findings highlight the relevance of kinematic analysis in fields such as sports science, rehabilitation, robotics, and human performance assessment.
